Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Please allow at least 3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships out.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Within the U.S.: 2–7 business days after dispatch

International Orders: 5–14 business days after dispatch
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your gear ships.
Customs & Duties (International):
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

Return Policy Update (Effective October 19, 2025)
As of October 19, 2025, we have discontinued standard returns and exchanges.
Why?
Due to increasing global shipping costs, limited seasonal inventory, and hygiene standards related to gear handling, we can no longer support routine returns. This helps us maintain fair prices, reduce waste, and keep operations focused on getting you the best possible product.

Case-by-Case Exceptions
While we don’t offer general returns, we understand that unique situations happen. If you believe there’s an issue with your order, contact us at spadepants@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
If we approve a return or cancellation, the following fees will apply:

20% cancellation fee (for orders canceled before shipping)

40% restocking fee (for approved returns)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Approved returns must be in unused, unworn condition with original tags. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
